The value of coaching

I believe that life if full of challenges. It is often in these moments of challenge that new opportunities arise. Change and transformation are not easy! You require courage, a willingness to change and commitment and discipline in following through on your agenda for change. Coaching is about empowering you to make these changes. I help you develop your own self-awareness and support you in building your resources in making and sustaining changes. This process of helping you having a more fulfilled life is what inspires me in my work.

Who I am

I am a passionate and positive person who has always been curious and intuitive with people. Coaching is a discipline that requires us to be driven by human values, empathy, and deep integrity. The desire to help others in their life path is what inspires me. I am proud to be accredited and a member of EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council).

I have had 20 years of experience in finance, across several sectors. Over the past couple of decades, I have worked in positions such as Finance Manager and as the Head of the Accounting Department. I have gained deep insights into coaching and developing teams in Finance that provides the foundation to my current practice. My experience in international business and fund management structures has proven an indispensable platform for relating to and understanding the diverse challenges facing my client.

My approach/vision

I apply what is called a “neuroscience cognitive” approach to coaching. I use a holistic approach that looks to empower clients to achieve their goals. I believe that each person is unique and always tailor my tools and techniques in meeting the specific needs, learning styles and contexts of that individual.

What have people said about me?

You’re someone is who warm, open and knows how to question yourself, who seeks to improve, who can recognise your shortcomings to try to become a better person, who seeks to understand people and their character so that you can adapt to them.
